Camaraderie with regular customers and fellow associates.

Quick, no pressure, and not difficult.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to "feed the human spirit", but many associates there are nonetheless overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated anyway.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The associates who have worked here a while really show their appreciation toward hardworking team members and teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my very best to make customers happy and keep my department well-stocked and fresh, but I rarely get raises. If I do, they're tiny. Appreciation through better raises and benefits would go a long way toward associate morale.
