I started out loving my job. As the years went by and the more corrupt the management team has become; I've grown to hate my job. If I didn't need money, I wouldn't be there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of our coworkers are very upbeat and keep us entertained.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very quick and to the point when I interviewed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at including others in the discussions and helping the rest of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Those of us who are actually working ourselves to death are good at what we do. We're able to work well under pressure, but it is getting VERY old.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're being overworked, not getting breaks on time, management is crooked, some workers can literally do nothing and get paid more than those of us who work constantly. More people need to be hired, wages need to be raised and management needs to be investigated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the store manager refuses to schedule or hire people. Therefore, I am forced to work the jobs of 4+ people as opposed to my own job.Our wages need to be raised and we should be given paid sick days, more personal and vacation days and better insurance.
