My nice co workers or nice customers, and all the good food/groceries we're surrounded by
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're beautiful people, some are nicer than others. Definitely not perfect and I appreciate them all, but some are easier to get along with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid minimum wage and the job is HARD Work! What I do I believe is atleast worth double. Plus the benefits are okay for some people, but for me they don't really mean anything because they're not services I need anyways. I'd like more relavant closer to home benefits like mycar insurancebill etc
