My overall experience has just been okay. I don't get paid enough and two 15 minute breaks in an 8 hour shift where I'm standing and physically active the whole time isnt enough. I dont even get a lunch break. Some of the CSR's are rude, but overall, its a decent part time job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty lowkey and not very stressful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been invited to a company meeting so I wouldnt know.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Almost all my coworkers are upbeat and enthusiastic and are fun to be around.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I don't get assigned any jobs I hate and when I get to do some jobs or tasks independently where I can get some down time and don't have to interact with anyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been working here for almost 3 months now and I have never been introduced to any of my store's executives or managers apart from the ones on the floor with me daily. I don't have much to say about any leadership team since I've never met anyone from it.
