What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is unwilling to provide enough manpower to get the work done properly, leaving product in the back of the rooms instead of on the shelf...leading in return to customers looking forward to the upcoming Publix grocery store coming and returning to Walmart for groceries instead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we do hire diversity. The company tries to celebrate this with little events that only a few attend. The ones who spend more time trying to get out of work thatn actulally do any. The others have no time for events..because they are trying to make it for lack of help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do not have a team. I am 99% of the time working a whole department on my on. We have recently had additional spaces to work and no add employees. No overtime is allowed because the co-managers at the store are scared the will not recieve the full percentage of their bonuses of 10,000 +
