My leadership, if you are referring to supervisory, is great. They always seem to know how to help and judge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss is understanding, my supervisor are too, most of the customers don't expect much. I just my job and most of the time it seems to be enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe you should have the ability to continue getting raises well into the $15 an hour range. I've been with the company for almost ten years and I still don't make $12 an hour.
