We all understand each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. They ask me to do one thing then complain I'm not doing 5 different tasks at the same time while being severely underpaid.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well first would be to show up. The manager didn't show up after 2 hours so I left and then got a call the next day.
