Ive had a lot of difficulty here, I feel people arent very understanding of what I need and a I get a lot of very minor nitpicks. I feel singled out a lot.

Its a bad job, customers are not nice people.

Paying employees a living wage, staffing stores with enough people.

People are friendly, we work hard to make sure people get what they need and want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice people and its good to interact with them. They seem to care about each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel Iam not paid enough for this job. I am considering moving on to a better, high paying job. Im also stuck in an area I cant get much help from supervisors.
