
One on one interviews. Group interviews are detrimental.
My coworkers are the only reason I stay. They are good people trying to get by.
Managers getting off their high horse and helping the staff when we're understaffed. Giving compliments on good work instead of nitpicking or complaining how things aren't finished.
The CEO/President has completely lost their way and vaules. Most stores work with understaffed skeleton crews and are expected to keep unrealistic standards. Hours keep getting cut along with benefits. Pay is below most other places. I would not recommend working at Kroger.
Workers need more pay. With understaffed crews most of the time one person is expected to do the work of two or three people. If the work isn't complete then we're constantly demeaned. They really don't like overtime so we can't stay to finish what they want us too and are punished for it.
