Worked for over 35 years. It was a good place to work. I like interacting with customers. I do so many tasks that don't help. I am worried that kroger will make it the next 7 years. We were always leaders in grocery stores. Now we just follow and do a poor job at that.

Takes people to do the job. Meaning hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are surviving. Not fun at work. Always out of ad product but it is ok. We have the industry's best out of stock program. Customer first is dead.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stuck in the past. Have no innovation or vision for the future. They all just copy the competition. Also lost the customer first in everything we do. More now the customer will except it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They continue to think gift cards and no raise are ok. Our division top pay is now less than Walmart and target'starting pay. My benefit go up every year more than the 1% raise we get. But the cao got a 21% raise last year.
