District managers and corporate people need to stop treating us like dollar signs and need to see all the extra work we put in to try and make Kroger a great company !!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work , we are all hearing negative things from corporate, so we are all in the same boat trying our best to keep them out our stores , by doing correct things !!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been over 10 years since I first interviewed but, felt like it was straight forward and fairly easy to take the computer material and start on the floor within a few days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always still over when they need help and skip a lot of breaks to make sure the day to day operation is ram correctly , I take pride in my work but the corporate people can’t see that , they just see numbers and money
