Horrible place, but that depends upon who the store manager is. When I was out at Anderson I had the best store manager I'd ever known. When I moved to Corryville I had two of the worst managers I've ever worked for in my life!!

The health insurance is good.

Manners and civility. A few smarts wouldn't hurt, either.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's nothing positive about it unless you've got a decent manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees instead of thinking they know what's best just because they're managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The knowledge that one day soon I'll be able to quit and move into a more civilized environment.
