Fire Rodney do a majorcexam on store management and higher there pay so its competitive so we can actually have good leadership
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My store manager is great! The ASMS should not becin there positions they only do when pressure is on. District team is 7/10
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im a dept head i can deal with my pay but its my team under me no one shoukd be under $14 an hour all back ups should make atleast 16 notva 40 cent premium
