RESPECT...we are not robots and when you hire people stop lying to them and tell them what the job really entails....this is exactly why store #543 employee retention is absolutely ridiculous. You get overworked and disrespected by management. The disorganization and the lies they tell corporate....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tell managers to stop beating around the bush and to work too, don't stand around and giggle on phone calls and don't ignore calls from employees. Learn to listen and accept things for what they are and don't micromangage things that you don't know how to fix, be a part of solution. Be understanding
