Working from home would offset the lower pay. Frustration and lack of good documentation makes the job much more stressful and really does not service clients in the time frame that it should. Higher pay may make the frustration and stress more worth the time.

The Help requested or help from other team always requires more delay and not able to get resolution or response on time to make a better move. Due to that we have to waste lot of time researching or asking leaders to help to speed up
