Not bullying employees, making an effort to to provide tools for success. And not touching their employees inapropriatly

Follow through, not being biased, not choosing favorites who they let get away with everything. Management would only crack down if it meant they could be the ones in trouble. If not, they would turn a blind eye to everything. The gm was extremely petty and childish. Taking things out on workers.

Treating their employee's as actual people. it has been my experience working with Landry's that the bottom dollar always comes first. It is not uncommon if you work for Landry's to do more work for less money. the previous statement was very much applicable pre-covid-19

They dont treat the feont of house good. We are low on thw totem pole. Back of house is held to a different standard. They can get away with anything. We can wven bring a purse into work.

I would show up early every shift and do what was told of me or even things that i wasnt asked to do, i would do them because things needed attention. I had to call out with plenty of time before my shift and management treated me unfairly when i returned.

I see some managers trying to make it better for us. And I've been there long enough to know how smoothly and successfully the place can be. I just want it to get back to that. All departments working together successfully and happily means WE ALL MAKE MONEY.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New ideas, fresh management. Glenn Davis needs to be checked on more frequently on how he runs the store and what he chooses to allow to take place there.

Not hiring just anyone. We had people shooting up meth in the bathroom. And the managers let it happen for awhile until an employee finally complained
