Worked for years before I saw a raise or any appreciation for doing my job. Hostile work environment made me feel undervalued. I dont know if there is a way to make me feel better compensated in this situation.

To LIttle Caesars you're just unimportant and it can be seen through your salary. What is expected of you is way too much considering they do not care about how you feel. Maybe if they showed they cared, employees would continue working there for a longer period of time.

Owner of the franchise doesnt care. The D.O. of the company hasn't had a general manager that last over 3 months for over 4 years. We need constant structure to fix what is wrong in our store. Also in a overall look our district is losing sales and money every year.
