Less special treatment when it comes to certain reps. They need to treat the CS reps like human beings and not overwork them via mandatory overtime on weekends. Lack of support from them makes the job unbearable. Less drama and gossip and more managing AND DOING WORK.

I love that the Customer Service team is so helpful and seems to really value teamwork. Instead of just coming to work, keeping to ourselves, and expecting everyone to just know what to do, the team values teamwork and communication. If you have a question, someone is always willing to help.

Nothing. The work environment is toxic and is fueled by drama and gossip. Even management such as supervisors and the director himself involve themselves in drama (often thriving from it) and use it to their own benefit.
