No training, no real help just people acting like they know how to do their job when they dont

Caring for their employees, making sure safety standards are being followed during global pandemics. Stop taking advantage of labor and asking 1 employee to do the equivalent work of 2-4. Actually follow your mission statement instead of abandoning it, and your staff, for the sake of saving a dime

my manager is not very helpful with my paycheck issue. I have been asking her for help with situations and it leads me to a dead end where she avoids me and my emails. I love working for mod but it has not gotten to a point that I am leaving mod. There needs to be better fit managers working.

Because I'm not backed by my manager she's literally my enemy I hate going to work everybody talks about me lies on me when I been in the store longer than everybody and come to work and do my job

the entire mod squad is a joke. the team is completely dysfunctional. there are people who do nothing and people who do everything. it is ridiculously unmanaged and unfair. there are favorites with the managers who get special treatment even though their work is subpar. multiple employees do nothing

Actually fix problems and discipline those that need it. Half the staff is worthless, the other half is awesome and is forced to pick up slack.

there are a few good employees at the company who pull there wait and are compassionate, but that number is incredibly too low.
