What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very friendly and open to ideas. I can joke around with them. I have been going through a extremely exhausting negative home life lately. My manager and co-workers have been extremely understanding. I will admit my behavior at work has not been my best. Work is one of my happy places.

It's mostly the GM, she's under qualified and not a doctor. She has no clue all the laws she's broken by giving other employees knowledge of my medical info

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its more positive during the evening in the morning not really becuase of our assistant manager very negative energy

There used to be a very positive atmosphere before management was moved around first store manager was very helpful and caring for her employees the new manager when she has something against someone she goes out of her way to deficate their name within the company and outside of it

Gm needs training in privacy and confidentiality procedures. She needs to be informed that she is not a doctor, and can't advise employees on what to do or how to take their prescribed meds
