What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to modernize their mindset in regards to work environment(s). This company is going to die on the vine if they don't walk back their antiquated views on working from home and remote work. The next wave of workers has 0 desire to work 5 days full time in an office, for not top of market pay

We are not paid the standard salaries for our roles, but that is offset by our fantastic benefits.
