Some managers at NEXT are very kind, understanding, and helpful! Sadly, other managers are more focused on avoiding their responsibilities or using their team members as stepping stones in their careers. I've been lucky, but not all of my coworkers at NEXT have had managers who behaved ethically.

I actually get to interact with the leadership team; they're not just a name in another city who you never meet. I've had regular meetings with the COO. When I asked how we were able to forecast long-tail lines of business, the CEO scheduled a meeting to explain it!

The leadership team is always giving us updates -- even when there are pauses in information coming down the line, they make sure we know what we are waiting on or why a certain process is being done in that way.
