What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am allowed to continue working remotely, without any negative impact on my personal brand in the firm as well as appraisal & compensation, which in turns enables me to be a productive Racker & live a fulfilling personal life. I strive to repay the trust & faith that my Manager & my team have on me
