Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in very long hours and weekends that often go unrecognized. 401k matching and reasonable health premiums would be a huge plus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Customer/client focused. Helpful, always available to discuss issues with you face to face. No problem with meeting with the Boards. Their encouragement of all staff members expanding their knowledge of this industry. Mostly their honesty with all parties involved.

What did you like most about the interview process?
How I was made to instantly feel at ease and the interview was a comfortable conversation, rather than a nerve racking question and answer session, which most interviews are like.

Relaxed and informational environment. The questions and discussion are geared toward getting to know the individual rather than "testing" them.
