What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are more insurance options than in years past, and I've learned that a high-deductible plan is actually GOOD for my family's needs

Benefits are mostly fair. PTO is not accrued and "lose it or lose it" and I understand the companies approach, despite that it could use improving.

Cultural events and activities are shared with employees around the globe. Our internal comms team works hard to make sure that coverage is inclusive (campuses are in many locations, countries).
