Don't be so quick to write someone up & make employees have to worry about their future working here. If supervisors change & you don't click with them you should be able to change teams & not be made to stay on a team that you don't feel supported on. I am on a team where I feel that I don't fit in

Getting people who can pass a basic IQ test. Also treat us as people and not just a body to fill a call calendar. Senior upper management should also try taking some calls instead of pretending that they know what it's like at our level.

Because we can't even afford to live in the city we work in. A $1 raise isn't helping to contribute in the way that austin residents need. Also, we don't even get a full percent of closings, even when working with the company over a year.

I believe for the job and what you deal with on a daily basis that employees should be getting way more. Customer service isn't easy and making a little more would definitely help.

The workload and my experience this role should start at a minimum of $24.00 hourly. Fast food restaurants like IN AND OUT start inexperienced individuals at 19.50 an hour to make French fries and burgers along with other chains. Rdc generates substantial amount of revenue and can increase wages.

Allow people who feel unsupported or unappreciated to a different team. I don't click at all with my manager & feel that I honestly would rather not be present for huddles & just be on the phones dialing. Our huddles are a huge waste of time & I could be dialing/making money instead of doing jokes
