Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living raise, they gave the new employees bigger raise of the people been there, 25+ years I made them to make almost as much as a People them in their lot longer with more experience in the hard workers

What are some of the best things about your team?
The good workers, REI lets people come to work and do nothing and pay them for it and they don't get in trouble. They know what they do lotta nothing.

Better management of the employees better benefits employees go forward as they say not backwards. Stop taking away our good benefits.

Can you read paper plastic? They can't seem to do anything right the new employees do whatever they want and don't get in trouble for anything.
