Fair group that truly believes in its people. Community means a lot here and it's proven with action time and again. High expectation, solid feedback, a push for growth at both individual and company levels make it a great place to be.

They are very transparent. They are also not too good to jump in and help with "work" when it needs to be done. They don't just sit at the top and boss everyone around. They also stand up for what's right, no matter what.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is comparable to other companies. Benefits are better if you live in California versus remote workers. Remote workers benefits are not as good, and are fairly expensive.
