DXC is missing efficient processes to make BAU life easier so professionals with rare skills can focus on their specific areas. Often the requested work has a big portion of generic activities.

DXC Technology: Leadership is always talking about how they value their employees but in everything they do you feel just a cost factor. It doesn't matter how good you are, in the end everybody just looks at how much you cost. This company needs serious investments in people not constant cost cuts

IBM: The image is stronger than the reality. If you are a young, female or diverse talent, you are better off. We care much about attracting new talent, but not enough to nurture and develop people on board. We focus too much on shareholder value and forget our employees as the most valuable asset.

General Electric: Quite mixed feeling that we have pros but we also have very significant cons. We need more offenses and give more opportunities for junior - mid senior level employees, otherwise, we are losing our future. We also need to pay more attention on our leaders selection, which create huge impact.
Luxoft: Overall experience is very good. Luxoft has a collaborative environment. The management listens to the employees. There are several internal movement opportunities in different projects with relocation assistance (including overseas).

Family Dollar Stores: I work at a small store, but we don't keep a lot of the items in stock. The community is very small and they depend on the store being fully stocked. Otherwise, my experience is great. My customers are great I enjoy going to work every day.

CBRE: for being with CBRE for only a year, it has been a huge learning curve with the "Retail Account " culture in place after the pandemic.

ADP: I have 23 years of service and enjoy the work we do and the teams we have. At the team level, we thrive and are high performing tenure associates.
Bechtel: High level autonomy. Great culture. Never asked to work beyond scheduled hours without compensation (time and a half overtime). Remote options for non-craft employees. Great benefits and pay.
