The company wants to be front line first but that feels like it's mainly for TMs, who work very hard and deserve it, but higher ups need benefits and raises.
GXO Logistics: Chaotic, unsupported, and isolated for the past year. There was a lot of shuffling around in management and lack of mentorship and resources/feedback for me personally to feel successful. Despite that, it pushed me to become resilient, self sufficient, and I became a valued team member to the site.

Felt discriminated against for having dyslexia. Now we are being laid off at the end of the year after being promised it wouldn't happen.
