ADP: There have been rough patches but overall I feel supported and like I have a future here. My only wish is that we had a better childcare program to offset the costs, especially since we have returned to the office. Inflation is at an all time high and this would really put us over the top.
ADP: I am a former ADP client turned Associate. I had always wanted to work for ADP. I sent my resume to ADP just about every month for over 10 years and never got a response, but luckily a HeadHunter found me and got me the interview and 7 years later. I am very thankful to be here.

ADP: I enjoy the work I do. I appreciate a lot of things about the company. I believe our function is understaffed. There are other things the company does (committees, etc) that I would love to participate in but am unable to because of time limitations.

Ascension: Was a great company 5 years ago. Has slipped more recently. Leadership has changed and company didn't handle pandemic all that well. Lost trust (and cash and employees) from vaccine requirements.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: The actual work-calling on customers for New Business is tough and at times discouraging. But, the competitive team spirit and comradery makes it so much easier. We all celebrate each other for large and small wins and cheer each other on when someone is struggling. That's what makes it worth it.
ADP: After working for various groups at ADP for 17 years, its the group that makes all the difference in your daily work life. Some groups have poor management that points fingers instead of supporting everyone (not just the favorites) on their team. Choose your group carefully.

ADP: ADP provides great opportunities, but there are barriers faced by virtual associates. The benefits are great, my team is great, most of my managers over the last 15 years have been great. Many offices have closed and some employees were hired as remote employees and now cannot advance to new roles.
GXO Logistics: My experience working here has been positive so far. My line manager is great and I feel appreciated for the work I do. I would like to progress at a faster rate than what I am doing but roles cannot just be created without a purpose.

Ascension: I truly believe in our mission, but struggle in seeing the split between what executive leadership thinks happen/seeing the reality at bedside. It is two different worlds.
ADP: When coming to work for ADP, I was told we grew our internal talent and it's proven to be that. It's been incredible to have been able to experience and lead in as many functions as I have been while at ADP given its span across markets. While no business is perfect, ADP really strives to be.

ADP: Starting a new position is never easy, I have been provided copious training, an amazing caring mentor and been placed in a great team. Technology has been challenging, and as frustrating as that has gotten at times the team all chips in to help overcome those challenges.
Hobby Lobby: First...the registers must be changed to scan items instead of putting everything in by hand and memory. Everything would move smoother and quicker. The biggest complaints are about how slowly the lines move. Also better organization on product in the warehouse and on the floor. Too much.
ADP: Great place to do meaningful work to make an impact in the world around us and grow with the company.
ADP: At ADP I've been afforded amazing opportunities to grow and develop my skills, and made some lifelong friends along the way. When I've needed flexibility, it's been there and I appreciate that, and work extra hard accordingly.

ADP: ADP is a great company to work for. I greatly appreciate the hybrid schedule, as it allows for a better work/life balance. The base pay could be better in today's economy, however the commission structure is excellent. My VP and SE are very open to employees' thoughts and input, and make work fun.
ADP: Workload is generally reasonable. Not sure we always place the right bets, but there is alignment on where we do so things move forward. Vacation time and parental leave policies are poor though.

TaskUs: As of the moment the inflation rate is so high but the salary remains the same. I think it's best to increase the salary base as well on the cost of living nowadays. I think the compensation is not competitive compared to other BPO companies.

GXO Logistics: Overall good and would recommend, showing abilities can sometimes be detramental as you can get stuck in a role that is beneath your abilities. Would benefit progression even in roles within fixed role structure otherwise eventually people will move on if can't see a way out/up.
