Molina Healthcare: Hired right before Project nickel and was fortunate to survive that experience. Since then, the highs have bee brief. Claims department specifically has gone done hillside the new VP took over in 2021. Many are leaving Molina, and for very valid reasons. Pay, structure and motivation are all weak.
TaskUs: I've been with taskus for more than a year and the benefits that we have is too far from what I have in manufacturing company.

Snap-on Tools: Although the product quality is excellent the attitudes towards Associates not directly involved in Manufacturing tends to be one of "You're all replaceable widgets, and you need to be sitting at your Widget Desk". In a post-Pandemic era that attitude is leading to a major talent exodus.

Google: Is good and I like it
LVMH: Being put on furlough when the group's worth is 90 billions, its disgusting and it is a fraud to the state, especially when sublty obliged to work during furlough benefits. Human values are completely absent, you are just a number and only thing that matters is margin and profit. No benefits at all.
Allstate: It is a great company!
Goodwill: presentation and display of non clothing goods
Party City: I have been with Party City since 2018. I think they need to pay the Full Time employees more, give us a 6 month anniversary Paid time off day every year, paid birthday time off, paid time off 1 year anniversary and let us roll over all our vacation time to never loose it.
Tenneco: I have worked for Tenneco over 30 years and it very poorly managed at the executive level with a great deal of turnover.
Humana: Customer service is very good

Chick-fil-A: I have only worked for a couple of months and everyone there is welcoming and I can work with friends while working at a great company. They treat employees well and are always flexible with anything they need.

BMO Harris Bank: The customer service is so stuck in the manual of operations that they cannot use common sense to solve a very simple issue. I've been talking to them for months. I would NEVER use BMO again.
A.P. Moller - Maersk: Maersk has been so positive. Great working environment. You're given autonomy and a lot of decision making power However, the company is about succeeding together. So, you can make things happen and have a team to support you along the way!
King Soopers: I'm new but something's gone really wrong I'm having to fix it but I liked the job just bad situations.
Regal Entertainment Group: Will cut your hours because a favoritism your experience doesn't matter your time at the company doesn't matter because favoritism beats at all
Infosys: The pay is decent, but the hours are very long with little overtime opportunity
TaskUs: It has been an awesome experience specially for a newbie like me who doesn't have any BPO experience
Florida Power and Light Company: Benefits are terrible. HR reps give wrong information or dont get back to you. Benefits, bonuses and raises or even job security contingent on you bowing to corporate coercion of what you put inside your body.

Team leads have there own little pets that do nothing and treat hard work people like poop. They throw us around like a yo yo which is wrong.

Florida Power and Light Company: Gone woke!! High level corruption is insane. They want control of their employees' bodies now too. Disappointing to see it change for the worst over the years.
Gucci: Be part of the brand thats is the best
Macy's: Answer the phone. Playing robo whack-a-mole with a bot when you have a concern other than what fits the parameters of some computer programmers analytics is unbeliveably non-customer centric. Pick up the phone!!

Saudi Aramco: The salaries are not as competitive as they were 20 years ago. Many new companies in saudi are offering double the entry level salary in Aramco. Any changes are done so slowly that you can start a project and when you retire its still being evaluated
Philips: Mostly good, with covid i am overworked. I do not have enough support and help.

Florida Power and Light Company: The rates they are charging have made most of our community struggle to pay. They are telling us to not use our heat/AC and unplug everything in our homes. Even insisting we go solar, which in Florida will void your roof warranty and make it difficult to find home insurance due to hurricanes. Awful

Most people who work here want to provide the best care they can for patients and are constantly seeking more from leadership in order to achieve that goal, but to no avail.
