Premise Health: Moved for a job with Premise then laid-off after 6 months due to facility contract expiring. I was wrongly informed by leadership. They said before I moved the contract had been extended by 5-years, and this was a Lie. Do not trust leadership at Premise Health.
Instacart: Instacart has been a fantastic place to work so far - everyone I've met is exceptionally talented, the work is interesting, and it feels like the company truly cares about my wellbeing.

My VP also mentioned that I cant be successful here and prioritize my family which made me revisit my future timeline at the company.

Appian: I generally enjoy working at Appian and value my team members. The benefits and pay are in line with what I expect. It is clear that the lack of sales strategy creates a confusing atmosphere where it is difficult to focus on quality, strategic work when there is so much inconsistency.

Appian: The people are sharp. I've never worked anywhere with more driven people. Community has been slow to build, but on a professional level I love the people I work with. Dependable, competent, welcoming.

Frontier Airlines: There is no customer care or concern at Frontier. They will cancel a flight and no concern how you will get home just sorry and tell you they will put you on a flight in a week and offer a voucher for a future flight. I guess they think you can just sit in the airport for a week.

Evereve: its mostly great, they can schedule around my schedule. There isn't much training, and the pay is extremely low. Some of my colleagues are very friendly and nice, many are cliquey and unfriendly to newer stylists. Wide variation in management styles between the three leaders - makes it hard.
