Nature's Sunshine Products: Overall, executive team is strong right now. Employees care about company. A lack of career advancement opportunity is a negative. HR team is a big complaint. The current HR leaders continue to cut benefits and don't communicate when changes are made or do it poorly. Pay increases are small.

Frame.io: I'm actively looking for another job, and most people at Frame.io.io are ;) -- the C-level pat themselves on their back about internal surveys that are bogus because no-one wants to put their real concerns down. HR almost force people to do glowing reviews.
Nature's Sunshine Products: My overall experience at the company has been fantastic, I have the opportunity to learn daily, working as a customer representative had been an amazing work experience.
Lumi: Lumi is a place of continuous learning. A big take away is learning how to be nimble to business need changes. Exec turnover rate has been high, which has provided a 'teach yourself' environment & occasionally it's felt as if I did not have the support necessary to be successful in my role.

Nature's Sunshine Products: The company is really growing, and keeping busy, but the employees are getting burned out, and feel like they are replaceable at a blink of an eye. Management does NOT help in dealing with employees who call in constantly, and feel the need to do less.
Salesloft: They are transparent, kind, and strategic. They care so much about our employees and our growth.
Salesloft: Amazing!!! SalesLoft truly cares about its people and their growth professional. It is amazing just how much they care.

The benefits make this an excellent place to work, but as mentioned before, pay should be better, and advancement opportunities.
NetCentrics Corporation: Raises for 2020 and 2021 were terrible, <1% while in previous years they were 2.5% t0 3%. There was no year end/holiday (or whatever) bonus for 2021 (although there was that $100 Amazon gift card and sweet $20 blanket). There wasn't even any communication (common courtesy) about the non-bonus.

Birchbox: Good but can be ver y overwhelming, CEO does not care about providing Teams with enough resources but just pushing and pushing, people are quitting, does talk about u derstanding customers but does not listen them.

The benefits are great (the only downfall there is that is no 401K matching, but I just put in a large percentage to downplay that issue).
