1% raises every year regardless of performance are insulting. I'm a top performer, advancing at the same rate as someone that regularly and frequently naps at their desk!

Pay people what the market is outside. Currently it's approx $ 10-15,000 under the market. Naturally they have a high turnover.

I'm underpaid, I'm hourly, havent had a raise in 7 yrs, don't get sick days, they have stopped matching our 401K, and froze our pension
