There's a sense that working in a style that fits each person (for example, working remotely) isn't "aloha" and doesn't fit the culture

Diversify benefits/perks. Right now there are a lot of great benefits for parents (especially with young kids), but it would be great to see more perks for people who don't have kids (expand wellness benefits, pets, commuter, etc.).
