Seems fairly comparable to jobs in my area

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 20 yrs experience in the field of Caregiving/Dementia residents. I was hired on .50 above minimum wage when asked for more said Corporate wouldnt allow it. New staff make $1 more than me with no experience!

I work 3rd shift so I only work with one other person
