Used to be a great place to work. Now it is almost as bad as it was in the 1950s when they were paid in food.

I have been here for 13 years. We have gone through some bumpy roads and not so positive changes over the past few years. I'm happy overall, but hoping that we can revert back to some of the old ways of doing business and taking care of internal customers. A lot of people are not happy.

I like the leadership and management at the branch level. We have in the past few years moved to a "zone" set up that displaced a lot of former branch employees, and has caused us to feel unimportant and underappreciated. No christmas bonus, no incentive where we used to have that.

I interviewed 13 years ago when it was much less formal. The interview process now is very formal and standard. I feel that questions are asked that really don't pertain to the job and don't give the best feel for the person you are meeting.
