People being hired after me at a more senior position not knowing as much about our products as I do makes me feel undervalued. I believe having more experience with out products qualifies me to be at a higher level of seniority than I currently am.

Maybe if the pay was evaluated based on workload and performance compared to peers. Also I was denied my full merit increase without a valid reason.
