What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health benefits are great and at a reasonable price. I gave myself a raise just by coming to Sodexo in what I saved from my last job.

As an employee in a hospital setting during this pandemic should be paid more, because of the higher risk of contracting the Covid virus

There is no difference in compensation whether or not you just join the company (on training) and after you are trained. We don't need bonuses, what we need is to be paid a bit more extra than the minimum for our loyalty, our progress (doing courses) and all the extra mile that we do for the company

i feel batter to be a a part of sodexo but north east is not performing same as in European and other countries, here they have to treat about compensation according to designations not by their choice
