It's a supportive and positive work environment. Within my direct team everyone wants to see everyone succeed. We can genuinely celebrate each other's successes and don't need to triumph at others' expenses.

The culture and environment is very supportive and inclusive. From the get go the team were warm and welcoming. My manager is genuinely invested in helping me succeed in the role and doesn't view me a faceless person there to do a job.
