Management should be trained in every department and learn how yo commiuncate, slove problems and help team memebers

Understanding there are so many hours in a day to get the job done. Being reasonable with what is expected. Give positive feedback more! Only negative is given to an already understaffed cut hours store!

During the pandemic our manager still heading out write ups knowing its hard to find babysitters, people working more then one job and etc.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no meetings with managers and employees. So noone knows where they stand. There is never no feedback given. Quarterly meetings are a must for managers and individual employees to discuss the positive first then areas of improvement

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked best about the interview process as they asked what my needs were from an employer, as well as asking about my personal shopping experiences and how I could use that to improve our clients' shopping experience.

Because of how rushed every one is due to cuts in staff and hours the interview was very rushed
