The level of talent. The way they interact and work together and help each other achieve goals without concern for personal gain. They always put business need first.

Starts with leadership. They present a facade of wanting to know what employees think and feel about various issues, but policies rarely reflect employee feedback.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much is positive overall about working at UHC. Pressure to produce is abusive, and management is free to "prioritize" the opportunities of some employees at the expense of others.

The people i work with are family. I enjoy the time we spend together strategizing and looking for ways to make the market successful. They are creative, hard working and extremely dedicated to the population we serve.
