Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Years of hardwork have been overlooked. At the end of the day, it didn't matter. One could spend hours working on projects with no fruituition. The lack of empathy by executives is ironic and discouraging.

I am not sure, I have not met many yet. but the two I have interacted with are very nice.
