What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Where do I start without going over the 300 character limit? Lack of communication, no real advancement opportunities, poor management, lack of leadership skills, poor decision making from management when choosing processes, lack of tools to perform the job

A large part of my day consists of speaking to customers that I cannot meaningfully help because of a change in refund policy. The way our usage product works does not serve the customer's best interests.
