I think top performers, reps and managers, should be rewarded monetarily for their extra monetary achievements, i.e. residual income, bonuses for hitting certain milestones, etc. In our current environment, there is little to no monetary reward that drives competitiveness.

When my team is firing on all cylinders and everyone is doing their part. When I see us at goal and I see 3 to 4 people that sit on the clock and don't work it takes away from that. This job is great and there is no reason to not do your part

In Retention, we have long exhausting conversations refusing Usage account refunds to customers. Hours spent every week with accounts we have no opportunity to earn commission on, yet our goals stay the same. Customers constantly tear into us about user experience issues that are not being addressed

There are AI dials on existing that are not always related to sales. Therefore sometimes my day is filled with getting dials instead of finding and connecting to the right people that actually need help. It gets very tiring and mundane.
