What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone offers support, People check in and communicate about needs and honor that we are human and learners. Focus is on growth not perfetion, so a culture of asking questions and admitting when we don't know yet, means everyone is constantly growing and not trying to hide. Growth Mindset!
