There is a lot of stress put on our department as far as meeting store demands. Productivity is always stressed, and some times when that is on paper in numerical form, it can be a drag. Especially if your giving your all to get freight out quickly, only to see lackluster productivity rates.

I was very familiar with most of the staff/HR. Started out as a temporary worker, and got offered a contingency for all of the hard work and effort put forth during 2018 peak. The leaders recognized my potential, and we're really excited to get me hired in. I'm very grateful for the opportunity.
