I experienced a lot of inconsistency when it came to leadership. They also have an old approach to managing employees. Widespread is the belief that "perception is everything" which is tough when many of the workforce gossip and follow group-think.

My coworkers were simply following the formula they knew could get them ahead. The problem is that it works to get them ahead, but not to run a business properly. A huge culture shift is needed there to improve collaboration.
