the work in general, it is all hands on and I get to interact with the customers and help them have a pleasurable experience

it is pretty much set up in a way that as long as you finish the tasks you are assigned you do not have much interaction

there is very good leaders in my store but like in every work place there are some leaders that people wonder how they got into their positions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just do not like the way I am treated by the customers but it is o.k. I realize that it is just how the people act this day and age
